Some sessions may host professionals from different countries. The composition of the groups will take into account language compatibilities, and professional and cultural contexts.

Teaching material
A folder containing all the presentations and teaching documents is given to the participants at the start of the session.
Essilor Academy Europe retains all copyright to the content of training and teaching supports. Reproduction, modification or divulgence to third parties, in any form whatsoever, is strictly forbidden.

Room equipment
The plenary presentations take place in the main conference room, equipped with a video projector, interpreters' booths, microphones and headphones.
The practical work is held simultaneously. Rooms are equipped with optical equipment and a Low Vision equipment. A refraction room is also available.

Evaluation
For groups that request it, an optional evaluation in the form of an MCQ, is organised at the end of the session.

Certificate and Attestation
An attestation is given to each participant at the end of the session. Those who pass the optional evaluation test will receive an Essilor Academy Europe certificate.

Breaks and lunches
There are 2 coffee breaks per day and lunch is provided.

Prices and registration 
To register for a session please complete REQUEST FOR FILE specifying in the Message field the dates of the sessions you are interested in.

As the number of places is limited to a maximum of 25 per session, it is suggested registration well in advance. Depending on demand, additional sessions may be scheduled.
